Fourth of July

We had a wonderfully warm, family filled, festive Fourth of July! We made the last minute decision to stay in Hermiston for the fireworks show and drive back to Portland after. Tyler had school Tuesday. We were successful! The fireworks were great and we had a perfect view! Over the weekend we washed our car, played games, swam in Addy's pool, went for a walk along the Columbia River, ate good food, and went to Funland Park for the Fourth of July party. Addy absolutely LOVED the fireworks! It was so fun watching her get such much excitement out of them. When there was a pause she would say "more, more, more" until they started again. Once they started again she would point and say "Look! See!". She was also ooooing and ahhhing over them! She loved calling out the shapes and colors that they were making! It's more fun to do things with her now that she really knows what's going on.
