It was my first mother's day as a real mother. Last year, I was still pregnant. This year, I have a baby girl.
We decided to drive to Hermiston, for the weekend, to surprise Tyler's mom for mother's day. We enjoyed the beautiful weather, spending time with family, eating, playing games, and laughing. Tyler and his dad cooked us dinner that was so delicious! We had steak, potatoes, sliced tomatoes, and asparagus. It was wonderful!
I am so grateful for the mother's in my life, especially my mom, They have been such great examples to me and I can only hope that my children will one day appreciate me as much as I appreciate them. Even though being a mom is hard at times, it is ever so more rewarding. I would not trade it for anything in the entire world. I am so lucky to have the opportunity of being a mom. I absolutely love it! To all you mother's that are reading this, Happy Mother's Day!
