Easter 2012

We had a fun, enjoyable, relaxing Easter at home. We did the "fun" Easter stuff on Saturday. Addelyn was so, so, so excited to find her Easter basket sitting on the table when she woke up in the morning. After her nap we did a little egg hunt around our apartment and then finished off the day by coloring eggs with friends. Sunday we had Easter waffles for breakfast and lamb and asparagus for dinner! Yummy!
Church was really, really nice today. The Spirit was extremely strong in Sacrament Meeting. I am grateful for a loving Heavenly Father who willingly sent his only Son to Earth so that we could receive the blessings of the atonement in our lives. I am grateful for a loving Savior who knows our trials, pains, and sins and is with us every step of the way. I am grateful to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and to have a strong testimony of the truthfulness of the restored gospel.
