What's in a Name?
Last night Tyler and I officially decided on the name for our little girl! Let's just hope we don't have any surprises when she's born where we will have to change the name. :) The name is Addelyn Nicole Bendixsen (named after her mommy). I know I mentioned this earlier, but Tyler has agreed, so it's for real! As long as she looks like she could be an Addelyn when she's born we are planning on sticking with it. We will call her Addy for short! We are so excited for her to be born... I wish it was closer!

Jenna and Joe's Visit and Trip to the Zoo!
My sister, Jenna, and her new fiance, Joe, came to visit me and Tyler on Monday! It was so good to see her! The last time we saw them was at our wedding, a year ago. Tyler and I have been wanting to go to the Oregon Zoo and thought it would be a lot of fun with them! We were right! There were so many animals to look at and fun things to do! We also got Elephant Ears to eat... they were delicious and extremely messy! We took lots of pictures because there was so much to see... Joe does get the award for most pictures taken!

Jenna and me in and eagle's nest!

Jenna and me riding some wooden sheep!

Tyler calling the goats! So glad Joe got a picture of this!

We really enjoyed watching the Polar Bears because they were actually out playing! There was one that was so entertained by a bucket. He would chase it in the water and put it on his head! So cute! We also enjoyed watching the elephants. Baby Samudra was born at the zoo in August. She would follow her mom around and they would both scoop up trunk loads of sawdust and spray it over their backs! Tyler was very fascinated by this.
After the zoo we relaxed at our apartment for a bit and then ended the night with dinner at Red Robin... yum! It was great to have them visit us and sad to see them go!

Our One Year Anniversary!
Monday, the 16th, was our one year wedding anniversary! It's so crazy to think that we have already been married for a year! The time has flown by! We have so many great memories just from this past year and will have so many more to come in the future! Tyler got me a garden bouquet for our anniversary! I was so impressed that he got me two different sets of flowers even though it was so close to Valentine's Day. He's so good to me!

We decided to combine our Anniversary/Valentine's dinner into one so we could go somewhere nice. Tyler also managed to find a card that was both Valentine's and Anniversary. I do have to give him props for that! I told him it's such a guy card!
I am so lucky to have married Tyler. He treats me so well and is such a great husband! He is going to make an amazing father as well! He already plays with her by poking her, talking to her, watching her kick, and feeling her kick! I love you babe!

Day of Love
Tyler was so good to me for Valentine's Day this year! He bought me a beautiful bouquet of pink and red roses! They smell so good and are really just gorgeous!

The picture doesn't do them justice, but it's a picture.
Tyler made dinner reservations for us earlier in the week and kept it a surprise as to where we were going until he needed help getting there! ;) We went to Beach's in Vancouver, WA. It's a really good sea food restaurant right on the Columbia River! It was nice to have a nice dinner out and enjoy time together.

Us at the restaurant... again not a very good picture.
He's so great! I love him so much!

Tummy Picture
I have been asked by a few to post a picture of my growing belly. It has changed quite a bit in these past couple of weeks! No longer does the size come and go with eating... it is here to stay!

On Saturday Tyler and I went shopping for some maternity clothes. My normal clothes are just getting too tight! I got a pair of pants, a skirt, and a dress. I have not yet started wearing them because I want to wear my normal clothes for as long as possible! We'll see how long that lasts though. :)

Another Doctors Appointment
Yesterday I had another 4 week appointment! I measured at 23 centimeters... which I guess is good! When they tried to get her little heartbeat she was moving around so much! (little stinker!) Every time they would find her heartbeat she would move... it was like she was playing a game. So cute! Finally she held still long enough for them to register it... it was between 140-160. That's the best they could do. haha My next appointment is my glucose test so I have to drink that nasty stuff before, not looking forward to that!
I have decided that I love being pregnant! Now that I am not sick it is so much fun! I love feeling her move, kick, punch, and knowing when she is awake or asleep. The majority of the time she is awake! She seems like she might be a very active child. And I love knowing that it's a little girl. It makes it seem so much more real now that we know the gender! I still can't believe that I am over half way there!
